Developer Bevelry Pacifica, LLC has revamped plans for a residential-retail complex in Beverly Grove, adding an extra floor of apartments to the proposed mixed-use building.

According to documents posted by the Mid City West Community Council, the project at 8000 Beverly Boulevard is now imagined as a six-story building featuring 58 studio and one-bedroom apartments - including eight units of very low and moderate income housing - above 7,400 square feet of retail space and 82 underground parking spaces.  Plans also call for amenities such as a roof deck, a fitness center, and a spa.

Plus Architects has been retained to redesign the project, which is portrayed as a slightly larger version of the proposed development first presented in July.

A timeline for the 8000 Beverly has not been announced.
