R.D. Olson Construction has announced the completion of H Hotel, a dual-branded Hilton hotel near Los Angeles International Airport.

The 12-story building, located at 6151 W. Century Boulevard, features a Homewood Suites hotel on floors two through six, and a Curio by Hilton on floors seven through twelve.  Other elements of the project include fitness centers, a swimming pool, meeting rooms and a rooftop deck.

Others members of the development team include Melzer Decker Ruder Architects, Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers, Robison Engineering and Design Force Corporation.

The building was originally constructed in the early 1960s as commercial offices.  It is one of a handful of office-to-hotel conversions in recent years near LAX.
