Lion Real Estate Group continues to progress with construction for Eastview, a multifamily residential complex located just west of Downtown Los Angeles.

The seven-story building, designed by VTBS Architects, is rising on a .8-acre site at 327-411 N. Boylston Street.  Plans call for a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging between 649 and 1140 square feet.  A total of 14 units would be set aside as very low-income housing.

The project advertises community amenities such as an on-site fitness center, a swimming pool, and a roof-level sun deck.  The units will come furnished with appliances and balconies.

Completion of Eastview is expected in 2018.
