A short walk uphill from Sunset Boulevard in Echo Park, wood framing is taking shape at the future site of a co-living apartment building.

The project, located at 1244 Innes Avenue, consists of a two-story edifice featuring four residential units above a basement parking garage.  A total of 26 bedrooms are planned within the building.

Located a short distance from Dodger Stadium, the project involves the rehabilitation of a 1920s single-family home and ground-up construction.

The project site sits a short walk from the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Everett Street, where two mixed-use developments featuring housing and commercial space are in the works.
