After nearly three years of construction, West Hollywood's $300-million Edition Hotel and Residences is topped out on the Sunset Strip.
Located at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Doheny Drive, the project features two buildings: a 13-story edifice fronting sunset and a cascading nine-story building that runs downhill along Doheny.
John Pawson and Ian Schrager designed the project, which will feature 148 guest rooms - priced between $400 and $500 per night - and 20 condominiums.
The Edition Hotel and Residences is being developed in a joint venture between the Witkoff Group and New Valley.
