On the outskirts of the Beverly Hills Business Triangle, a long-empty property has birthed a new condominium complex.

The project, now taking shape at 250 N. Crescent Drive, consists of a four-story edifice which will contain eight residential units above a parking garage.

Plans presented to the Beverly Hills Architectural Commission in 2017 depict a contemporary low-rise structure with an exterior consisting of aluminum, stone veneer, and wood siding.

Levin-Morris Architects is designing the project.

Los Angeles County Assessor's records list the owner of the property as BH Premier Investments, LP.  The entity is managed by Michael Soroudi, a real estate investor with Maxxam Enterprises.

The project site is located two blocks north of the intersection of Crescent Drive and Wilshire Boulevard, where a second entrance to the under-construction Wilshire/Rodeo subway station could one day be located.
