Eight small lot homes proposed at 10240 Pinewood Ave. in Tujunga

A single-family home in Tujunga is poised to give way to a new small lot subdivision, per a recent application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.

The roughly quarter-acre property, located at 10240 N. Pinewood Avenue, is to be subdivided into eight lots, each of which would be developed with a three-story townhome.

Artdesign Studio is the architect for the project, which portrays the new homes as boxy low-rise structures arranged in a row. All would include three bedrooms and approximately 2,300 square feet of space.

City records indicate that the project would employ the streamlining provisions of SB 684.

The project applicant is listed as Pattern Planning and Development, which represents property owner Suren Tovmasyan.
