One year after we last checked in, a new small lot subdivision is starting to take form just north of Ballona Creek in Del Rey.

The project, which replaced a duplex and a single-family home at 4910-4918 Centinela Avenue, consists of eight townhome-style dwellings. Each will feature three bedrooms, a two-car garage, and a rooftop deck.
Building permits indicate that the four-story buildigns are being designed by Payson Denny Architects with landscape architect Susan E. McEowen.
City records list the project applicant as Cy Kirschner through the entity Anchor Point Ventures, LLC.
