A block south of the busy intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Western Avenue in Hollywood, a new multifamily residential building from developer Holland Partner Group has is rising quickly.
The project, dubbed Ardence & Bloom, is now taking shape on an L-shaped property located at 1375 St. Andrews Place. The finished product will consist of an eight-story building featuring 185 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above a three-level, 294-car parking garage.
Holland Partner Group will also retain a small theater hosting live productions, which sits to the south of the new construction, and is included in the overall project site.
Designed by AC Martin is designing, the podium-type building will include common amenities such as a courtyard, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a rooftop deck.
Completion is expected in Spring 2023, per a landing page on the Holland Partner Group website.
Holland Partner Group also developing large mixed-use projects elsewhere in Los Angeles, including a 38-story apartment tower now rising near the Wilshire/Vermont subway station in Koreatown, and proposed projects in Echo Park, Mid-Wilshire, and San Pedro.
