After two-and-a-half years of construction, CIM Group and Abramson Architects have completed work on a mid-rise office building near the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and La Brea Avenue in Hollywood.

The eight-story edifice, located at 926 N. Sycamore Avenue, features approximately 58,000 square feet of office space above a five-story podium containing a 320-car garage and ground-floor retail space.

A landing page from the Abramson Architects website described the building as "vertical campus," with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Hollywood and Downtown skylines.  Offset floor plates on the three upper floors create a series of terrace decks and patios, while also enabling divisible office suites.

CIM Group owns a number of properties in the surrounding neighborhood, and has recently developed a handful of mixed-use buildings containing offices, multifamily housing, and commercial uses.

One block north at the intersection of Sycamore and Romaine Avenue, CIM has completed construction of two similar office buildings which are now leased by satellite radio provider SiriusXM and Kaiser Permanente.

One block west at La Brea Avenue, the company opened a seven-story, 169-unit apartment complex in 2019.
