An expansion of the UCLA Anderson School of Management is underway in Westwood.

The Marion Anderson Hall, which broke ground in October 2017, will consist of a four-story building featuring 60,000 square feet of space dedicated to classrooms, workspaces, and event space.

Designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners with associate architect Gensler, the building will be clad in "UCLA's traditional four-color blended brick and buff-colored cast stone masonry banding."

The $80-million project is scheduled to open in December 2019.

Besides the new academic facility, UCLA is in the midst of construction on an ambitious expansion of its student housing capacity that will add more than 5,400 beds along the western edge of campus.
