After breaking ground in early 2017, the concrete frame of Linea has nearly topped out. 

Carmel Partners is developing the $150-million project, which sits on a four-acre site next to Metro's Expo/Sepulveda Station. Upon completion, it will deliver 595 apartments (including 66 affordable units), 911 parking spaces, and 5,000 square feet of street-fronting retail space. 

VTBS Architects is designing the mixed-use complex, which incorporates several mid-rise buildings and a 13-story tower. Over 40,000 square feet of outdoor amenities will include landscaped courtyards, water features, and a rooftop deck with a resort-style pool. Residents will also have access to a club room and a fitness center. 

The interior design is being executed by Rodrigo Vargas Design, and Bennitt Design Group is handling the landscape architecture. 

Just a few miles east on the Expo Line, Carmel Partners is also working on Cumulus - a 1,200-unit development rising near the La Cienega/Jefferson Station. Both projects could provide housing for employees of tech giant Google, who has recently signed a lease for the entire Westside Pavilion redevelopment.
