The Luzzatto Company is now above ground at Expo Station, a new office complex in West Los Angeles.

Located at 12414 Exposition Boulevard, the project is named for Metro's nearby Expo/Bundy Station.  The five-story edifice will feature 80,000 square feet of rentable space above a two-level parking garage. 

Architecture firm HLW international is designing the building, which will be clad in concrete, wood, and glass.  Outdoor patios will wrap around the building's upper floors, providing event space.

Completion is anticipated in early 2019.
