Exterior finishes start to take shape at mixed-use project in Arlington Heights

In Arlington Heights, the exterior of a new a mixed-use development from Schon Tepler Group is starting to take shape at 3617 Venice Boulevard.

Located at on a mid-block site between Norton Avenue and 6th Avenue, the new five-story building will feature 28 residential units above street-fronting commercial space and podium parking upon completion.

Designed by architect Sammie Tabrizi, plans for 3617 Venice call for an exterior of smooth finish plaster, with a setback on its western property line which will be used to create a landscaped amenity deck.

In addition to the Arlington Heights complex, Schon Tepler's other ongoing projects include under-construction apartment buildings in Rampart Village and Echo Park, as well as proposed developments in East Hollywood and Koreatown.
