Los Angeles-based 4Site Real Estate has completed the wooden framework for Twenty Three Hundred Beverly, a new mixed-use complex in the Westlake neighborhood.

The project, named for its location at 2300 Beverly Boulevard, consists of a four-story building that will offer 45 one- and two-bedroom apartments above ground-floor retail space and an underground parking garage.

The design from Tighe Architecture is highlighted by a jagged tower element at the corner of Beverly and Park View Street.
