After a year-and-a-half of construction, facade elements are beginning to emerge at Holland Partner Group's dual 24-story towers at 8th and Spring Streets in Downtown Los Angeles.
The towers, located at 732 and 755 S. Spring Streets in the Fashion District, will feature a combined 620 apartments and 16,400 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
At 732 Spring, architecture firm MVE + Partners incorporated a weave pattern into the facade, a nod to the surrounding Fashion District.
The second tower at 755 Spring echoes 1920s Los Angeles architecture at its lower levels, with a modern glass facade above.
Both towers are expected complete in mid-2018. Holland Partner Group will follow that with a similar 28-story development, now under construction at 9th and Figueroa Streets.
