Local developer RC Homes is wrapping up construction at Fairfax at Sunset, a new set of single-family houses the Los Angeles - West Hollywood border.

The project, now under construction at 1352-1356 S. Fairfax Avenue, consists of eight detached houses.  Each stands three stories in height and features either three-bedroom or two-bedroom floor plans.

Other project features include tankless water heaters, drought tolerant landscaping, rooftop decks, and two-car garages with the capability for electric vehicle charging.

Availability is expected in January 2020.

The project is located a block north of two larger multifamily residential developments now being built on Fairfax to the south of Fountain Avenue.  FMB Development and Palisades are constructing 60 apartments between the two low-rise structures.

RC Homes recently completed similar projects on Griffith Park Boulevard and Hyperion Avenue in Silver Lake.
