The Witkoff Group and New Valley are wrapping up construction at the $300-million Edition Hotel & residences on West Hollywood's Sunset Strip.
Located on a hillside property at Sunset Boulevard and Doheny Drive, the project features a 13-story hotel tower fronting Sunset and a nine-story building cascading down Doheny.
The hotel tower will be operated as a 148-room flagship for Marriott's Edition Brand, with a fitness center, a spa, and a rooftop pool deck. Rooms are to be priced between $400 and $500 per night.
The back building will feature 20 condominiums, as well as parking and amenities such as a landscaped rooftop pool and terrace. The residential units will come in a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans, will come in ranging between 1,659 and 6,415 square feet.
Designed by John Pawson and Ian Schrager, the project is one of a handful of recent mixed-use projects along the Sunset Strip that combine hotel uses and condominiums.
