Work is currently limited to the western side of on land to the north of Katella Avenue and to the west of Douglass Road. That area, per the OC Vibe website, is slated for an office building, a market hall with multiple restaurants and bars, a concert hall, and copious amounts of parking.

Parking will be the first components of OC Vibe to open in 2025, followed by the new market hall and concert venue in 2026. Other entertainment options, including a 2,000-seat theater and a club, would follow in 2027. New green spaces and the first of two hotels are poised to open in 2028, with the second hotel and planned housing to debut in 2029 or later.
