Renderings have emerged for another mixed-use project in Old Town Pasadena via Tyler Gonzalez Architects.

The five-story, 42-unit building - located at 233 N. Hudson Avenue - will feature 5,835 square feet of ground-floor commercial space above basement parking for 78 vehicles.

Images show a sand-colored structure featuring numerous private and communal outdoor spaces, including a rooftop observation deck.

According to a representative of TGA, the project is being designed to attain LEED Silver Certification, and is expected to break ground later in 2018.

TGA is also designing a second development located next-door, the 115-unit MW Lofts, which is also scheduled to break ground this year.  Both properties sit across the street from the two-building Hudson Apartments, a half-completed development by Greystar Real Estate Partners.
