Next week, the Los Angeles City Planning Commission will review EMC Capital Group's proposal to construct a mixed-use development in Reseda.
The project, slated for a 1.5-acre property at 6916 N. Reseda Boulevard, would consist of a five-story building featuring 165 apartments - including 16 very low-income units and two units of workforce housing - above 14,000 square feet of street-fronting commercial space.
Architect Ken Stockton is designing the podium-type building, which will feature a mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom dwellings as well as amenities such as a fitness center, a central courtyard and a roof patio.
The Planning Department's Staff Report recommends that the Commission approve the development.
