Tyler Gonzalez Architects has unveiled renderings for the MW Lofts, a proposed residential-retail complex in Old Town Pasadena.
The project, which would replace a handful of small office buildings at the northeast corner of El Molino Avenue and Walnut Street, would consist of a six-story edifice featuring 115 residential units and 14,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
The podium-type building is being designed to LEED Silver standards, and is expected to begin construction before the end of 2018.
The MW Lofts project is being developed by the Pasadena-based real estate firm Prominent Development. The company purchased the underlying property for $11 million in 2016.
