At the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Doheny Drive in West Hollywood, a new flagship Marriott Edition hotel is now topped out.  Now, the development team behind the project has unveiled renderings for the 20 condominiums that will occupy the upper floors of the 13-story building.

The Edition Residences, designed by John Pawson with direction from Ian Schrager, range from one to four bedrooms with 1,659 to 6,415 square feet of interior space.  Plans also call for amenities such as a landscaped rooftop pool and terrace.

The project is being developed by the Witkoff Group and New Valley as part of a larger Marriott Edition hotel project, which will feature 148 guest rooms and restaurant space.  The hotel comes with its own suite of amenities, including a spa, a fitness center, and a second rooftop pool terrace.

Completion of the entire project is expected later this year.
