Nordstrom Rack is set to open two new locations in Los Angeles County next year, parent company Nordstrom, Inc. announced this week.
A 30,000-square-foot Marina del Rey location, technically located in Del Rey within the City of Los Angeles, will be located within the Marina Marketplace complex. The two-story mall also is home to Equinox, Gelson's, and an AMC Dine-In Theatre. The property has long had large, empty spaces along its ground floor following the closure of Sports Chalet and Pier 1 Imports.
A new Torrance located, spanning 30,000 square feet at Rolling Hills Plaza along Pacific Coast Highway and Crenshaw Boulevard, joints Trader Joe's Whole Foods, BevMo, Nijiya, and 24 Hour Fitness.
