A 1940s single-family home just west of the Arroyo Seco in Highland Park could be cleared for a new small lot subdivision, according to plans recently submitted to the City of Los Angeles.
The proposed project, which would rise at 316 San Pascual Avenue, calls for subdividing the roughly 9,100-square-foot lot to permit the construction of five single-family dwellings, with space left over for two accessory dwelling units.
Arcadia Hills Studio is listed as the architect behind the project, which would include a series of four-story buildings capped with rooftop decks. Plans show a series of three-bedroom homes, each with two car garages, and one-bedroom ADUs at ground level.
City records list the project applicant as Songdong Hu through the entity 316 San Pascual, LLC.
