A single family home just off of Culver Boulevard could be replaced with a small lot subdivision, according to an agenda item from the upcoming meeting of the Del Rey Neighborhood Council's Planning and Land Use Committee.
The project, slated for a 6,750-square-foot site at 11743 Avon Way, calls for the construction if five single-family residences, each standing four stories. Floor plans would come in three- and four-bedroom layouts, ranging between 1,197 and 1,978 square feet in size. Each would feature a two-car garage.
Local architect Jay Vanos is designing the houses, all of which would be capped with a roof deck.
The project's developer is listed as an entity known as GFD, LLC.
