Local developer California Home Builders is in the midst of construction on a low-rise condo complex in Warner Center, the company's fourth project in the neighborhood.

Located on a corner lot at 6800 Variel Avenue, the five-story building will feature 18 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and a 30-car parking garage.  Floor plans will range between 900 and 1,563 square feet.

The project is being designed by Ken Stockton Architects.

A timeline for completion has not been announced.

California Home Builders is already in the midst of construction on two mixed-use apartment complexes elsewhere in Warner Center, and has announced plans for a third at Erwin Street and De Soto Avenue.
