A new apartment building may replace a pair of small residential buildings near Universal Studios, according to information posted by the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council.
The proposed development, slated for a .35-acre lot at 3900 N. Kentucky Drive, would consist of a five-story building featuring 21 residential units with 47 parking spaces and open space amenities.
Kamran Tabrizi Architect & Associates is designing the project, which is portrayed as a contemporary mid-rise structure.
A timeline and budget for the project are unclear.
