The project, which is located in West Hollywood city limits, will include a total of 53 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments - including 12 reserved as affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households.

Additionally, plans call for on-site parking, a rooftop pool deck, co-working space, and a club room.

OfficeUntitled is designing the project, which consists of four interconnected buildings linked by pedestrian bridges, internal courtyards, and walkways.  The design is inspired by the work of Irving Gill - the early 20th century architect who designed numerous landmarked structures in Southern California.

Construction for 1250 Fairfax began in mid-2018.

Other developments from Palisades include the Gardenhouse condominiums in Beverly Hills and a high-rise complex planned for the former headquarters campus of the Metropolitan Water District.
