With an anticipated completion date looming later this year, Affirmed Housing Group is now applying exterior finishes to the Aria development in Westlake.
Located at 1532-1538 Cambria Street, the five-story building will include 57 apartments - with 56 to be set aside as permanent supportive housing.
Plans call for a mix of studio and one-bedroom floor plans reserved for households earning at or below 30 and 60 percent of the area median income. Rents will range from as low as $473 per month to as high as $507 per month.
Togawa Smith Martin is designing the contemporary low-rise development.
Other projects from Affirmed Housing and Togawa Smith Martin are now being built in East Hollywood and South Los Angeles.
