Construction is underway for another multifamily residential complex in Koreatown, a joint venture between Zackary Brothers and Jamison Services, Inc.

The project at 1011 S. Serrano Avenue will consist of a five-story building, featuring 104 apartments above a parking garage.  Plasn also call for amenities such as a courtyard, a swimming pool and a fitness center.

The project is being designed by architect Daryoush Safai.  Renderings portray a contemporary podium-type structure clad with a mixture of cement and smooth plaster.

Jamison is also in the midst of construction on a larger mixed-use development east on Olympic Boulevard.
