Nearly a year-and-a-half after we last dropped by, the wood frame of Leeward Plaza has taken shape in MacArthur Park.
The project, located on a .85-acre site at 2925-2951 W. Leeward Avenue, consists of a five-story building that will feature 80 apartments above a parking garage. Plans call for a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom dwellings between 663 and 1,764 square feet in size.
Mega Home - a company based out of Commerce - is the project's developer.
