Long Beach-based real estate firm Harbor Associates has acquired the office building that once served as the headquarters of the Los Angeles Rams, and intends to reposition and rebrand the early 1980s building.
The project at 10281 W. Pico Boulevard - a joint venture with Stockbridge Capital Group - is being called Bespoke Century City. Harbor and Stockbridge are planning a full renovation of the 33,000-square-foot structure, including redesigns of its exterior, main entrance and lobby. New indoor and outdoor amenities are also being added to the property.
The building is located along a busy stretch of Pico Boulevard, where up to 40 percent of nearby office tenants work in entertainment, media and content production. Harbor is gambling that the low-rise environment will differentiate itself from the towers of Century City.
