Los Angeles-based CIM Group is wrapping up construction on Fomosa West, a new creative office building at the Lot in West Hollywood.
The five-story structure, designed by Studio One Eleven, features 108,000 square feet of rentable space above underground parking for approximately 250 vehicles.
Renderings portray a contemporary mid-rise structure just south of Santa Monica Boulevard, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and open floor plans.
Formosa West is the second component of a master plan for the Lot, following the Formosa South building which now houses the Oprah Winfrey Network. A third building is also planned near the heart of the campus.
A residential-retail complex from Trammell Crow Residential recently opened across the street.
