A single-family home in North Hills is set to give way to a series of duplexes, per a recent application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.

The proposed project from applicant Vibehen Property, LLC, slated for a property at 9236 Burnet Avenue, calls for the construction of four duplex buildings - containing a total of eight residential units - with parking for 16 vehicles.

Architect Feng Xiao is designing the the project, which would consist of two-story Spanish style buildings.

Construction of the Burnet Avenue development would require approval of a zone change.
