Earlier this year, the City of Los Angeles issued a request for proposals for the development of Parcel Y-1, one of the last remaining plots on Bunker Hill. The 2.4-acre site, located at the northwest corner of 4th and Hill Streets, is entitled for a building of up to 1.3 million square feet in size.
According to the Downtown News, the City has now selected four finalists to develop the site, which has been dubbed Angel's Landing.
- Lowe Enterprises with Gensler
- Onni Group with Natoma Architects
- Peebles Corporation, MacFarlane Partners and Claridge Properties with Handel Architects
- Trammell Crow Company with MAD Architects
Finals plans must be submitted to the city for approval by October 16. A final selection will occur later in the Fall.
