A small lot home located just east of Reseda Boulevard could make way for a small lot subdivision, according to plans submitted last week to the City of Los Angeles.

The nearly half-acre property, located at 18431 Arminta Street, was developed with its existing single-family dwelling in the early 1950s.  Applicant Alan Tabibi proposed to raze this structure to make way for four small lot houses.

Los Angeles-based engineering company Core & Associates is affiliated with the proposed development.

Additional details regarding the project are unclear.
