Another infill development is rising on the southern boundary of Larchmont, according to Bittoni Architects.

The project, which is being built by Proper Development, is located at 4847 Beverly Boulevard.  Approved plans call for the construction of a four-story edifice featuring 16 residential units.

The building, designed by Bittoni Architects, includes private balconies, a rooftop deck, and open central courtyard, and a subterranean parking structure. 

Completion is expected in 2020.

A few blocks north of the project site along Wilton Place, a five-story, 88-unit apartment complex from Frost/Chaddock is also under construction.
