Construction has started for Reeves Place, a multifamily residential development in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood, not far from Beverly Hills and Century City.

The four-story building, now rising at 1415-1423 Reeves Street, will offer 25 residential units atop a single level of basement parking with accommodations for 58 vehicles.  Plans also call for amenities such as a courtyard, a second-floor swimming pool, a gym, and a fifth-level roof deck.

Lahmon Architects and Westside Contractors, Inc. are designing and building Reeves Place, respectively. The low-rise structure will incorporate a mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as a single five-bedroom penthouse.

Completion is anticipated in 2020, according to a representative of developer 1400 Reeves, LP.
