Beverly Hills-based developer Etco Homes has broken ground on yet another multifamily residential development just north of Melrose Avenue.

The latest project, located at 725 N. Croft Avenue, will stand four stories and feature 31 units of housing above a parking garage.

Kevin Tsai Architecture is designing the project, which will consist of two buildings separated by a landscaped courtyard.  Plans call for a mix of traditional flats and townhome-style units, with buildings clad in textured brick facades.

Etco Homes is now building three similar projects to the north of Melrose Avenue, including a four-story, 28-unit development now rising on the opposite side of Croft Avenue.
