Local developer Wiseman Residential is putting the finishing touches on yet another apartment complex in West Los Angeles.

The latest development, located at 1515 S. Colby Avenue, consists of a four-story building featuring 56 apartments atop parking for 107 vehicles.  City records describe a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom units between 1,068 and 1,667 square feet in size, including five apartments set aside for very-low-income households.

The low-rise structure was designed by Uriu & Associates, a Glendale-based firm that frequently works on Wiseman's projects.

Wiseman is also in the midst of a construction on a similar apartment complex two blocks east at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Purdue Avenue.

The company also recently filed plans to construct a rare multifamily residential project in Venice.
