Another multifamily residential complex is rising in Palms, according to pictures sent by an attentive reader.

The latest development, located at the northwest corner of Dunn Drive and Regent Street, consists of a four-story building featuring 18 apartments above a basement parking garage.  Plans call for a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments, according to a project website.

Glendale-based architecture firm Uriu & Associates is attached to the project, per City records.

Developer Oakmont Capital anticipates completion of the Dunn 18 apartments in Spring 2018.
