The Los Angeles Department of City Planning has published a mitigated negative declaration which details a proposal to construct a new hotel in Chatsworth.

Applicant Paradigm SSB, LLC intends to develop a four-story, 105-room hotel on a mostly undeveloped property at 9755 N. Topanga Canyon Boulevard.  The project also calls for the construction of a 127-car parking lot that would also serve an existing Radisson Hotel next door.

Local architecture firm Omgivning is designing the ground-up development, which renderings depict as a contemporary building clad in plaster.

Additional details about the project are unclear.
