ETCO Homes has unveiled new renderings for new condo developments now rising in the Beverly Grove neighborhood.
The projects, branded as The Melrose Collection, consist of three low-rise projects containing a total of 77 residential units.
The first, called The Ainsley, is located at 728 N. Sweetzer Aveue. The four-story structure will consist of 49 one, two-, and three-bedroom dwellings as large as 2,468 square feet.
Hannouche and Kang Architects are designing the project, which will incorporate amenities such as a fitness center, a yoga room, and a water feature.
Completion is expected in Fall 2020.
The second development, called the Addison, is located three blocks west at 724 N. Croft Avenue. The four-story development will include 28 townhomes up to 2,762 square feet in size.
Kevin Tsai Architecture is designing wood-frame structure.
Completion of The Addison is also anticipated in Fall 2020.
A third project, called The Alfred, is also expected to open for sales in late 2020.
ETCO Homes is also developing condominiums in Beverly Hills and Little Tokyo.
