KTGY Architecture + Planning has unveiled additional renderings for Theo, a new apartment complex now rising in Pasadena.

Located at 289 N. El Molino Avenue, the project from Summerhill Apartment Communities will consist of a six-story building featuring 105 residential one- and two-bedroom dwellings above a 154-car parking garage.  Plans also call for open-air amenity decks at the roof and courtyard levels.

The project is named for the adjoining Theodore Parker Lukens House, a 19th century Victorian home that ranks among the oldest buildings in Pasadena.

Completion of Theo is anticipated in August 2019.
