With completion nearing, developer Astéras Properties Corporation has unveiled a new batch of renderings for a multifamily residential project now under construction in West Hollywood.

Astéras Kings, located at 838 N. Kings Road, consists of a four-story building featuring 25 one- and two-bedroom dwellings above an underground parking garage.  Plans also call for amenities such as a car wash station, a fitness room, a theater, a yoga studio, and a pool deck.

The project - created by a team that includes Workplays Studio Architecture, Schnackel Engineers, KPFF, Burnett & Young, tk1sc, and Aron Nussbam Studio - incorporates Italian-designed kitchens, large glass walls, and materials such as wood and stone.

Completion of the project is anticipated in Fall 2019.

Astéras Kings is one of several Astéras-branded developments planned by the developer.
