Completion is nearing for the Geffen, a new development of townhomes in Hollywood.

The project, which is being developed by CIM Group, features 12 residential units in a series of six two-story buildings along Willoughby Avenue between Orange Drive and Sycamore Avenue.  Each home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

Shubin Donaldson designed the Geffen, which includes exterior finishes such as glass, tile, and acid green-colored metal.
