The scaffolding is down at 718 S. Hill Green Street, where Bow West Capital is now in the process of restoring a 107-year-old office building. 

The seven-story edifice, located mid-block between 7th and 8th Street, will feature 67,000 square feet of office and commercial space, with an art gallery to occupy its mezzanine and retail at the ground level.

M-Rad Architecture designed the restoration, which will add a rooftop deck to the structure.

As of July 2018, cannabis consulting firm Green Street Agency has leased three floors of the building, which now will bear its name.

Several other historic properties near Bow West's project are also undergoing restoration, including the imposing Merritt Building at 8tth Street and Broadway.
