The Washington Villas, now rising at 200 E. 14th Street, will consist of 36 condominiums in four separate buildings, coming in a mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,215 to 1,550 square feet in size.

The majority of the homes will would include standard two-car garages at the ground-floor, although four of the units would have just a single parking space each. A total of 68 parking spaces are planned.

Plans call for three-story structures, clad in stucco and fiber cement siding, with pedestrian entrances along 14th Street and automobile access steered toward Locust Avenue.
