Just south of Santa Monica Boulevard in Hollywood, the wood frames of 12 small lot homes are now complete.
The project, located at 1025 N. Wilcox Avenue, consists entirely of four-story buildings ranging between 1,348 and 1,400 square feet in size.
A rendering depicts the houses as a series of boxy low-rise structures flanking a central driveway. Vanos Architects is designing the project, according to city records.
City records list the project applicant as Igor Korbatov, a Beverly Hills-based attorney. A sign posted to the site links the project to North Hollywood-based Ace Construction.
The project site is located just south of Santa Monica Boulevard, and a few blocks east of Sunset Las Palmas Studios, where owner Hudson Pacific Properties recently completed work on a new 128,000-square-foot office building.
